HIGH-TEMPERATURE CIRCUITS

APEI, Inc. has developed an extensive library of high-temperature capable parts and materials, including: transformers, inductors, capacitors, resistors and a wide range of active devices. In addition to SiC and GaN switches, a variety of commercially available and in-house custom developed high-temperature silicon on insulator (HTSOI) digital components are utilized. Using proprietary high temperature circuit design techniques, APEI engineers have developed a wide range of high temperature (ranging from 150°C to 500°C) systems, including: motor drives, power supplies, inverters, controllers, DC/DC converters, and other extreme environment system such as wireless data telemetry systems.
